1. Custom Products & Proof Approval

MangoPromos specializes in customized promotional products. All orders are final once proofs are approved. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review design proofs. We are not liable for any errors once approval is given.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and secure payments through SSL-encrypted gateways.

3. Production & Delivery

Production time varies depending on the product and quantity. While we provide estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors are beyond our control. MangoPromos is not liable for such delays.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping is managed by third-party providers. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment. Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate. Additional charges may apply for delivery corrections.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or does not match the approved design. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photo evidence.

6. Use of Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or custom content, you confirm you have the legal rights to use them. MangoPromos is not responsible for trademark or copyright issues related to customer-submitted materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

MangoPromos' liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within California.

9. Updates to Terms

MangoPromos reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the current terms.
